ROAD to BETHLEHEM Details
When?
December 2011 performances:
- Mon 12th - 7:00pm to 10.30pm
- Tue 13th - 7:00pm to 10.30pm
- Wed 14th - 7:00pm to 10.30pm
- Thu 15th - 7:00pm to 10.30pm
Ticket booths open at 6:00pm
To avoid long waits, arrive early and pick up your tickets then either enjoy the entertainment or leave and return just before the estimated time your performance will begin.
The 2012 performances will be from December 10-13.
Tickets
- Everyone who visits ROAD to BETHLEHEM must have a ticket (including infants and children).
- ROAD to BETHLEHEM can cater for group bookings of up to 30 people.
- Tickets are FREE! However, we really appreciate any donations to help us run this event. There will be an opportunity to give a donation, if you wish to do so, at the end of your journey.
There are two ways you can obtain tickets:
- On-the-night Tickets
- On the four nights ROAD to BETHLEHEM runs, you can line up and obtain tickets for that evening's performance from the ticket booths on location at ROAD to BETHLEHEM. - Ticket booths open at 6pm on each of the four performance nights, but many keen travellers begin queueng earlier.
- Only tickets for that same night's sessions can be obtained, not for nights later in the week.
- Pre-Booked Tickets
- The booking phone line for the 2011 ROAD to BETHLEHEM performance will be opened on the weekdays from:
Monday, Nov 28 to Friday Dec 9 between the hours of 9am and 5pm
- No bookings are taken on Saturday or Sunday
- The booking number for these dates is (03) 9264 7770 - please be patient, we do our best to manage the popularity of pre-booking tickets.
- Bookings for tickets before the event can ONLY be made when speaking to a booking clerk.
- No bookings will be taken prior to November 28 - (which is two weeks before RTB begins).
- When all the pre-booking tickets are 'sold out' there will still be tickets allocated for those who line up to collect tickets on the night of the performance. (See the On-the-night Tickets section above)
